Build a Personal Board of Directors for Accountability

Act as a personal development and accountability systems coach. I want to build a personal board of directors — a small group of mentors, peers, or advisors who support my professional growth. Design a personal board of directors system covering: the 3–5 role types to recruit (e.g. domain expert, industry insider, challenger, sponsor), how to approach potential board members, the commitment to ask of them, a quarterly board meeting format, and how to give value back to each member so the relationship is reciprocal.
