Build a High-Performing Team Culture From Scratch

Act as a team culture and performance design coach. I am leading a [TEAM_SIZE]-person team in [TEAM_CONTEXT] and want to deliberately build a high-performing culture. Design a team culture building plan covering: how to define the team's purpose and working principles collaboratively, the rituals that reinforce the desired culture daily and weekly, how to recognise behaviours that reflect the culture, how to address behaviours that undermine it, and the 3 cultural levers that most reliably predict team performance.
